• Technical logs: standard server and security logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested). We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

To respond to enquiries, scope and deliver campaigns, invoice and keep statutory records, and keep the website secure. We do not sell personal information.

4. Journalists.

Media contact details we hold are processed under legitimate interest for the purpose of relevant, targeted media relations. Journalists can ask to be removed from our lists at any time by replying to any message or emailing us.

5. Sharing, retention and rights.

Information is shared only with infrastructure suppliers (hosting, CDN, email), professional advisers where reasonably required, and authorities where the law requires. We retain personal information no longer than needed for the purposes above. Under the UK GDPR you may request access, correction, erasure, or restriction by emailing info@digitalprservices.co.uk.
