Terms of service.

Last updated: 1 July 2026.

1. The agreement.

These terms apply between Digital PR Services ("we", "us") and business clients ("you"). Approving a proposal, paying an invoice, or instructing us in writing forms a binding agreement; a separately signed agreement takes precedence where it conflicts. We do not provide consumer services.

2. The nature of PR.

Coverage is editorial. Journalists and publications decide what they publish, how they phrase it, whether they link, and whether pieces stay online. We therefore guarantee our work (research, assets, targeted outreach, reporting) but not specific outlets, coverage volumes, link counts, rankings, or commercial outcomes. Campaign performance varies with story strength and the news cycle.

3. Fees.

Campaign retainers are invoiced monthly in advance and are due on receipt unless agreed otherwise. Work pauses if payment is more than 7 days overdue. Payments are non-refundable except where agreed in writing, and you agree not to raise chargebacks for properly authorised payments.

4. Your side.

You will provide accurate information, timely approvals, and spokespeople who are available when reactive opportunities arise. You warrant that data and claims you supply are true and lawful; we are not liable for regulatory issues arising from client-supplied material.

5. Liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims connected to an engagement is capped at the fees you paid in the 6 months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, search engine changes, or third-party failures.

6. Intellectual property and ending the engagement.

Rights in campaign assets pass to you on full payment; our methods and tools remain ours. Either party may end an ongoing retainer with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend or terminate immediately for non-payment or breach.

7. Governing law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction. Contact: info@digitalprservices.co.uk.
