Buy PR links

Buy PR links from national and trade titles, in defined batches

You cannot buy a journalist's decision, but you can buy the campaign work that earns it. Our packages deliver a defined batch of editorial placements, on publications people read, with every link reported as it lands.

What you are buying.

When you buy PR links from us you're buying a managed campaign with a defined output, not a link picked from a price list. The package funds story development from your data and expertise, the writing of assets a journalist can use, individually targeted pitching, verification of every placement and a report you can hand to a board. The output is a batch of five, ten or twenty editorial placements, each a live article on a title people know with a link to the page you chose.

That distinction matters because the alternative, a vendor selling a slot on a site they control, is the paid-link scheme Google's policies target. Our guide to PR links explains the difference in detail.

The packages.

PackagePricePlacements per batchEffective cost per placement
Starter£2,500 / month5£500
Growth£4,500 / month10£450
Scale£8,000 / month20£400

All packages are month to month with no fixed-term contract, and every tier uses the same publication standard. Each batch is targeted for completion within 30 to 45 days of the brief; any publisher-delayed shortfall carries forward. Full detail on the pricing page.

What you choose.

  • Target pages. The pages you want to strengthen, usually a homepage, a category hub or a guide. We will tell you if a page is unlikely to attract editorial links and suggest a linkable asset instead.
  • Anchor preference. Brand, URL or a natural phrase. We keep it natural enough to pass editorial review and a manual quality check.
  • Market. UK by default; US, EU or multi-market batches are scoped as bespoke programmes.
  • Formats. Data-led stories, reactive commentary, product features, or a mix. We recommend the mix and get on with it; you can override any of it.

What happens after you order.

We look at the target pages ourselves before the first pitch goes out. If PR links won't help, because the pages are thin, the site has technical problems that block crawling, or the internal linking can't carry authority to the pages that sell, we say so rather than quietly lowering the bar. The same applies to sectors where we cannot earn coverage at the required standard.

Nothing else is required from you. We research the angles, write the assets, pitch the journalists and verify each placement; you receive the report as the batch fills.

Buying PR links versus guest posts and niche edits.

Guest posts and niche edits are faster and cheaper per link, and that is the whole problem: they are cheap because the site exists to sell them, and Google's systems have been trained on that pattern for years. A PR link costs more because it's earned inside journalism, carries a natural anchor and never needs disavowing. If your budget only covers a handful of links a year, spend it on a focused, relevant batch instead of a thin spread across sites nobody reads. The digital PR vs link building guide sets out the trade-offs.

How the order works.

  1. Brief. Send us your website, target pages and market, and pick a package or leave it to us to recommend one.
  2. Scope. A consultant replies within one working day with the angles we would pitch first, a recommended tier and a start date.
  3. Plan. We set the batch: formats, target pages, anchor approach and the desks we'll pitch, and send you the plan for information.
  4. Deliver. The batch runs through Insight, Angle, Asset, Pitch and Coverage, with reactive commentary alongside from Growth upwards.
  5. Report. Each placement logged as it goes live with the publication, URL, link attribute and target page, plus a plain monthly summary.

Frequently asked questions

Can I buy a single PR link?

Not as a one-off from a list, because that's not how editorial coverage works. The smallest batch is five placements at £2,500. For a defined one-off campaign, such as a data study or a seasonal push, we scope and quote separately using the same publication standard.

Do you guarantee which publications the links will be on?

No, and no one can. Journalists decide what they publish. We commit to the batch size, the publication standard and the 30 to 45 day window, then report what ran and where.

How do I pay?

Monthly, by invoice, with the first batch starting once the brief is in. There is no fixed-term contract; cancel before the next renewal or change tier for the following cycle.

Will buying PR links get me penalised?

No. You are paying for campaign work, and the links are earned editorially by journalists who chose to cite you. That's the opposite of a link scheme. The risk sits with sponsored posts and link networks dressed up as PR, which we don't use.
